  • The provisional answer key and response sheet for JEE Main 2026 Session 1 officially released on February 4, 2026 by NTA.

  3. Enter Application Number + Date of Birth/Password and login. 
  4. View and download the provisional answer key PDF and response sheet.
  5. Save or print the documents for future reference.

To calculate your probable score using the JEE Main Answer Key 2026 and response sheet, follow these simple steps:

  1. Download both documents from the official website using your application number and date of birth.
  2. Match each question ID in your response sheet with the corresponding correct answer in the answer key (shift-wise).
  3. Apply the marking scheme:
    • +4 marks for every correct answer
    • −1 mark for every incorrect answer
    • 0 marks for unattempted questions
  4. Add the marks from all questions to get your expected raw score.
