Given, `q_(1)=2xx10^(-7)C, q_(2)=3xx10^(-7) C, d=30 cm =30xx10^(-2) m=3xx10^(-1) m`
Force `F=(1)/(4pi epsi_(0)).(q_(1)q_(2))/r^(2)`
`=(9xx10^(9) xx2xx10^(-7)xx3xx10^(-7))/(3xx10^(1)xx3xx10^(-1))[ :' 1/(4pi epsi_(0))=9xx10^(9)N-m^(2) C^(-2)]`
`:. F=6xx10^(-3) N`
As `q_(1), q_(2)` are positive charges, the force between them is repilsive.
