In the branch `PR` , the effective resistance `= r//3`
In the branch `QR` , the effective resistance `= r//2`
resistance in the branch `PRQ` is in parallel to resistance of branch `PQ` this effective resistance between `P` and `Q = (r xx 5 r//6)/(r + 5r//6) = (5r)/(11)`
The equivalent resistance between `Q` and `R` or `R` and `P` will be less than that between `P` and `Q`
