The resistance of `20` bulb in series is more than that of `19` bulb, The current in a frill of `20` bulb will be less than that of `19` bulb , since power `prop ("current")^(2)`, so the bulb in the frill of `19` bulb will glow with more brightness than that of `20` bulb frill.
