`epsilon = 2.4 V`
Potential gradient
`K = ((V)/(R + r)) (r )/(L)= ((6)/(20 + 10))= (20)/(200) V//cm `
Balancing length `= (epsilon)/(K) = (2.4)/(0.02) = 120 cm`
