The correct Answer is:
`0`

When steady state is reached , there is no current through arm `AB` .The pt diff across the two plate of the capicitor is equal to the pot diff across `B and D`
According to kirchhoff's second rule , we have `20 l + 10 l = 2.5 - 10 = 1.5 or l = l 5//30 = 1//20 A ` so pot diff across `B and A`
`V_(B) - V_(A) = 2.5 - (1//20) xx 20 = 2.5 - 1 = 1.5 V`
Since there is no current through `1.5 V` and cell therefore `V_(D) - V_(A) = 1.5 V`
Bow` V_(B) - V_(A) = (V_(B) - V_(D)) + (V_(D) - V_(A))`
so `1.5 = (V_(B) - V_(D)) + 1.5`
or `V_(B) - V_(D) = 1.5 - 1.5 = 0`
