Equation of an ac is I=10 sin `(200pit-pi/15)` ampere. Determine the frequency and peak value of the current.

Comparing with the general equation of ac, `I=I_0sin(omegat+alpha)` we get,
the peak value of current `I_0=10A`
and angular frequency , `omega=200piHz`
`therefore` Frequency, `n=omega/(2pi)=(200pi)/(2pi)=100Hz`
