Just after closing of switch charge on C is zero.
`:.` replaced all capacitors with wire

`i=5/(70+100+30) =5/200=25mA`
Now, `S_(1)` is kept closed for long time circuit is in steady state

`9/10+9/80+9/80-5=0`
`109/80=5`
`:. q=40 muC`
`:.V` across `C_(1)=40//10 =4` volt
Now just after closing of `S_(2)` charge on each capacitor remain same

KVL
`-10+x xx30+40//10+yxx70=0`
`30x+70y=6.....(1)`
`-40/80+5(x-y) 30-40/80+(x-y)xx100-10+Xxx30=0`
`160x -130y-6=0......(2)`
`y=96//1510`
x=0.05 amp.
