Charge carried by `100` oxide ions `(O^(2-))=(-2)(100)`
`=-200`
Let's assume that there are `Ni^(2+)` ions then number of `Ni^(3+)` ion should be `98-x`.
Total positive charge carried by `NI^(2+)` and `NI^(3+)` ions will be
`(+2)(x)+(+3)(98-x)`
