The correct Answer is:
C

In both `FeCI_(2)` and `SnCI_(2)`, the metlas are presents in their lowest ionic oxidation states. Since they can't be reducude by electrode potentials
`E_(sn^(2+)//sn) = - 0.14 V`
`E_(Fe^(2+)//Fe) = - 0.44 V`
we notice that, on account of higher reduction potential, `Sn^(2+)`, can be reduced by Fe but here we do not have iron, rather we have `Fe^(2+)` which can't reduce `Sn^(2+)` .
