The correct Answer is:
D

An odd number `(1,3,5,….)` of switches changes the configuration to that of the enantiomer. Thus `(A)` and `(B)` are enantiomers. Similarly `(A)` and `(C )` are also enantiomers.
An even number `(2,4,6…)` of switches result in no change in the configuration. Thus `(B)` and `(C )` are not enantiomers bur ate identical compounds as we can convert `(B)` into `(C )` by two interchanges.
