As the belt does not slip, `V_(A)=V_(B)`
`therefore" "r_(A)omega_(A)=r_(B)omega_(B)`
`therefore" "(omega_(A))/(omega_(B))=(r_(B))/(r_(A))=(30)/(10)=3`
When both the wheels have he same angular mometum,
`l_(A)omega_(A)=l_(B)omega_(B)`
`therefore" "(l_(B))/(l_(A))=(omega_(A))/(omega_(B))=3`
