Due to long wire
`F_(AB) = (mu_(0)i_(1)i_(2)b)/(2pi a)` (attractive), towards left
`F_(CD) = (mu_(0)i_(1)i_(2)b)/(2pi (a + b))` (repulsive), towards right
Wire `BC`:

Magnetic field due to long wire at distance `x`,
`B = (mu_(0)i_(2))/(2pi x), ox`
Force on length `dx`
`dF = Bi_(1)dx = (mu_(0)i_(1)i_(2))/(2pi)(dx)/(x)`
`F_(BC) = (mu_(0)i_(1)i_(2))/(2pi) int_(a)^(a + l)(dx)/(x) = (mu_(0)i_(1)i_(2))/(2pi)|1n x|_(a)^(a + b)`
`= (mu_(0)i_(1)i_(2))/(2pi){1n(a + b) - 1n(a)`
`= (mu_(0)i_(1)i_(2))/(2pi)1n(1 + (a)/(b))` , downward
`F_(DA) = (mu_(0)i_(1)i_(2))/(2pi)1n(1 + (a)/(b))` , upward
`(F_("net"))_("loop") = F_(AB) - F_(CD) = (mu_(0)i_(1)i_(2)b)/(2pi) ((1)/(a) - (1)/(a + b))`
`= (mu_(0)i_(1)i_(2)b^(2))/(2pia(a + b))`, towards left
The loop is attracted by long wire.
