Text Solution

`8(a + 1)^2+2(a+1)(b+2)-15(b+2)^2`
Let `a+1=x` and `b+2=y` Then,
`8x^2+2xy-15y^2`
`=8x^2+12xy-10xy-15y^2`
`=4x(2x+3y)-5y(2x+3y)`
`=(2x+3y)(4x-5y)`
`=(2a+3b+8)(4a-5b-6)`
`therefore 8(a + 1)^2+2(a+1)(b+2)-15(b+2)^2=(2a+3b+8)(4a-5b-6)`
