Solution
Split the term `-3x^2` into `-4x^2+x^2` and `3x` into `7x - 4x`.
`x^3-3x^2+3x+7=x^3-4x^2+x^2+7x - 4x +7`
= `(x^3 - 4x^2 + 7x)+1(x^2 - 4x +7)`
= `x(x^2 - 4x + 7) +1(x^2 − 4x + 7)`
= `(x + 1)(x^2 - 4x + 7)`
