Find the value of `a ,` if `x+2` is a factor of `4x^4+2x^3-3x^2+8x+5a`

`f(x)=4x^4+2x^3-3x^2+8x+5a`
`g(x)=x+2`
`=>x+2=0`
`=>x=-2`
Substituting `x=-2` in `f(x)`
`(4)x^4+2x^3-3x^2+8x+5a=0`
`=>4(-2)^4+2(-2)^3-3(-2)^2+8(-2)+5a=0`
`=>64-16-12-16+5a=0`
`=>5a=-20`
`=>a=-4`
`therefore` If `(x + 2)` is a factor of `(4x^4+2x^3-3x^2+8x+5a)` then `a =-4`.
