`arc AB` subtends `/_AOB`at the centre and `/_APB`at the remaining part of the circle.
`/_AOB=2/_APB=2xx70^0`
Now in cyclic quadrilateral `AOBC`
`/_AOB+/_ACB=180^0`(sum of opposite angle)
`=>140^0+/_ACB=180^0`
`/_ACB=180^0-140^0`
`/_ACB=40^0`
