The ` 11^(th)` of an A.P. is 80 and the ` 16^(th) ` term is 110 . Find the ` 30^(th)` term

Let a be the first term and d be the common difference
Given , ` a_(11) = a + 10 d = 80 `
`a_(16) = a + 15 d = 110 `
` rArr 5d = 30 rArr d = 6`
and a = 20
` therefore a_(30) = a + 29 d = 20 + (29 xx6)`
` = 20 + 174 = 194 ` .
