We equation of circle with radius` \gamma` and centre `(x_{0}, y_{0}) is (x-x_{0})^{2}+(y-y_{0})^{2}=\gamma^{2}`
here centre is `(a, b),` radius` =\sqrt{a^{2}+b^{2}}`

So equation is `(x-a)^{2}+(y-b)^{2}=a^{2}+b^{2}`
