Equation of circle with centre `(h, k)` is
`(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2`
the circle passes through `(3,-2)`
put the values we got,
`(3-h)^2+(-2-k)^2=r^2 `
=>` 9+h^2-6 h+4+k^2+4 k=r^2 `
=>` h^2+k^2-6 h+4 k+13=r^2`...... (1)
then the circle passes through `(-2,0)`
