Find the points of discontinuity, if any, of the following function: `f(x)={(sin3x)/x\ \ \ ,\ \ \ if\ x!=0 4\ \ \ ,\ \ \ if\ x=0`

When `x neq 0`, then

`f(x)=frac{sin 3 x}{x}`

We know that `sin 3 x` as well as the identity function `x` are everywhere continuous. So, the quotient function `frac{sin 3 x}{x}` is continuous at each `x neq 0`.
