Find the equation of the tangent line to the curve `y=x^2-2x+7` which is perpendicular to the line `5y-15 x=13` .

The equation of the given curve is `y=x^{2}-2 x+7`
On differentiating with respect `x`, we get:
`frac{d y}{d x}=2 x-2`
The equation of the line is `5 y-15 x=13`
`5 y-15 x=13` `Rightarrow 5 y=15 x+13`
`Rightarrow frac{5 y}{5}=frac{15 x}{5}+frac{13}{5} ldots ldots ldots ldots ldots ldots .`[ dividing both the sides by 5]
`Rightarrow y=3 x+frac{13}{5}`
