Given, `|[x,2],[18 ,x]|`=`|[6, 2],[ 18, 6]|`

Solving L.H.S.

`|[x,2],[18 ,x]|=x(x)-18(2)=x^2-36`


Solving R.H.S.

`|[6, 2],[ 18, 6]|=6(6)-18(2)=36-36=0`

Equating L.H.S. and R.H.S

`x^2-36=0`

`x^2-6^2=0`

`(x-6)(x+6)=0`

So, `x=6`, `x=-6`

Hence value of `x` is `+-6`

Correct answer is B
