`=> b(6a-b)+2c(6a-b)`
`=> (b+2c)(6a-b)`
`(ii) a(a+b-c)-b c`
`=> a^2+ab-ac-bc`
`=> a(a+b)-c(a+b) `
`=> (a-c)(a+b)`
