Energy of hydrogen atom in n-th state, `E_n=(13.6 eV)/(n^2)`
According to the question, `E_4-E_1 =hnu`
`therefore hnu=-13.6(1/(4^(2))-1) eV=13.6xx(15)/(16)eV`
or, `nu=13.6xx(15)/(16)xx(1.6xx10^(-19))/(6.62xx10^(-34))=3xx10^(15) Hz`
