Differentiate between accuracy and precision.

(1) Precision refers to the closeness of the set of values obtained from identical measurements of quantity. Whereas accuracy means how measurements obtained experimentally agree with exact value.
(2) A measurement may have a good accuracy but poor precision as different measurements may yield a correct average. similarly, good precision does not mean good accuracy as same mistake may occur repeatedly. accuracy of a measurement depends on the-skill of the examinar & precision of instrument.
