Let, Wg `NH_(3)` gas will be passed through the acid solution. Amount of `H_(2)SO_(4)` in 30 mL 1(N) solution
`=30xx1=30` meqv
Amount of `H_(2)SO_(4)` on passing Wg of `NH_(3)` gas through the solution `=30xx0.2=6` milligram-equivalent
`therefore`Amount of neutralised `H_(2)SO_(4)=30-6=24` milligram- equivalent. NOw, `17g" "NH_(3)=1`gram-equivalent
`thereforeWgNH_(3)=(W)/(17)g-eqv=(Wxx1000)/(17)` milligram-equivalent
`therefore (Wxx1000)/(17)=24 or, W=(17xx24)/(1000)=0.408g` ltbRgt Volume of 17g `NH_(3)` at STP=22.4L
`therefore` Volume of 0.408g of `NH_(3)` at STP
`=(22.4xx0.408)/(17)=0.538L`
