Under what conditions will the value of PV always be the same irrespective of the value of P (or V) ?

According to Boyle's law, for a fixed mass of gas at constant temperature, PV=constant. Therefore, the value of PV is always constant for a fixed mass of a gas at constant temperature irrespective of the value of P.
