Dihdrogen forms molecular compounds with most of the p - block elements. These are type.
(ii) Electron precise hydrides: The hydrides whose central atom is having octet and all the electron pairs around the central are bond pairs are called electron precise hydrides. Eg: `CH_(4), SiH_(4), CeH_(4), SnH_(4)`. Electron precise hydrides have required number of electrons for writing the Lewis diagrams.
