Name any two electromagnetic waves. State any one similarity and one dissimilarity between them.

(i) Radio wave, (i) Gamma rays.
Similarity: Each is transverse wave travelling with the velocity of light.
Dissimilarity: Radio waves are used as carrier waves in distant communication, but gamma rays cannot be. On the other hand, gamma rays can initiate nuclear reactions, whereas radio waves can not.
