A cord is tied at one end to a sprind balance of weight 3 kg supporting a mass of 5 kg . The cord passes over a smooth fixed pulley carrying a load of 10 kg at the other end . What will be the reading of the spring balance when the system moves ? How will the reading vary if the load of 10 kg be replaced by a load of 6 kg ?
