A skater standing on a perfectly floor holds on the nearby railing and then pushes himself away from the railing. By the time his arms are fully stretched and are about to leave the railing the gains velocity by `10 m//s`. If his armlength is 0.9 m, what is the work done by the force of the railing on him ? Is any pseudo work done by it ? Find the exerted by the railing on the skater. Assume skater's mass 70 kg.
