On a foggy day two drivers spot each other when they are just 80 meters apart. They are travelling at `27kmh^(-1)` and `60kmh^(-1)` , respectively. Both of them applied brakes retarding their cars at the rate of `5ms^(-2)` Determine whether they avoid collision or not.

On a foggy day, wo drivers spot in front of each other when 80 metre apart. They were travelling at 70 kmph and 60 kmph. Both apply brakes simultaneously which retard the cars at the rate of 5[m//s^(2)] which of the following statements is correct ?

On a foggy day, the two cars are approaching each other on a straight road, with speeds 72 km h^(-10 and 54 km h^(-1) . The drivers of the cars spot other when they were 60 meres apart. Both of them applied brakes, retarding their cars at of 6 ms^(-1) . Predict whether they will avert collision or not.

Two trains, one travelling at 54 kph and the ot her at 72kph, are headed towards each ot her on a level track. When the yare two kilometers apart, both drivers simultaneously apply their brakes. If their brakes produces equal retardation in both the trains at a rate of 0.15 m//s^(2) , determine whether there is a collision or not

two tains one travelling at 72kmh^(-1) and other at 90 kmh ^(-1) are heading towards one another along a strauight level track. When they are 1.0km apart, both the drivers simultanously see the other 's train and apply brakes which restard each train at the rate of 1 .0ms^(-2) .determine whether the trains would collide or not.

Two trains travelling along a straight track are heading towards each other, travelling at 90km/hr and 100km/hr. Drivers of both the trains apply brakes together when the train are 1.0km apart, decelerating each train at 2.0m//s^(2) . Determine that whether the train accident will be averted.

Two trans one t ravelling at 54 kmph and the other at 72 kmph are headed towards one another along a straingt track. When they are 1//2 km apart, both drivers simultaneously seee the other train and apply their brakes. If each train is decelerated at the rate of 1 m//s^(2) , will there be a collision ?

Two cars are travelling towards each other on a straight road at velocities 15 m//s and m//s respectively. When they are 150 m apart both the drivers apply the brakes and the car decelerate at 3 m//s^(2) and 4 m//s^(2) until they stop separation between the cars when they come to rest is

two car A and B are moving with velocities of 60 kmh^(-1) and 45 kmh^(-1) respectively. Calculate the relative velocity of A w.r.t B if (i) both cars are travelling eastwards and (ii)car A is travelling eastwards and car B is travelling westwards.

Two cars travelling towards each other on a straight road at velocity 10 m//s and 12 m//s respectively. When they are 150 metre apart, both drivers apply their brakes and each car decelerates at 2 m//s^(2) until it stops. How far apart will they be when they have both come to a stop?
