Silica reacts with hydride of superhalog...

Silica reacts with hydride of superhalogen to form 'X'. On hydrolysis of 'X' another compound 'Y' is formed. 'Y' on heating at `1000^(0)C` loses water to form 'Z'. The 'Z' can also be prepared in the following reaction.

A

`SiO_(2) + 4HF to SiF_(4) + 2H_(2)O`

B

`Si + O_(2) to SiO_(2)`

C

`K_(2)SiF_(6) +4K to 6 KF +Si`

D

`Si+ 2 NaOH+H_(2)O to Na_(2)SiO_(3)+ 2H_(2)`
