a. `sigma=(theta)/(4 pi r^(2))`

`Q=1.45xx10^(-3)C`
b. Electric flux `phi=Q/(epsilo_(0))`
i.e. `phi=(1.45xx10^(-3))/(8.854xx10^(-12))`
i.e. `phi=1.64xx10^(8)V_(m) `(or `Nm^(2)C^(-1)`)
