Find the equation of the tangent to the curve `y=sqrt(3x-2)`which is parallel to the line `4x-2y + 5 =0`.

If we differentiate the equation of curve we get slope of tangent at `(x,y)`
`y'=3/(2sqrt(3x−2))`
but tangent is parallel to line `4x-2y+5=0` there fore slope is `2`
that is `3/(2sqrt(3x−2))=2` ...
