Find the rate of change of volume of a s...

Find the rate of change of volume of a sphere with respect to its surface area when the radius is 2cm.

Text Solution

Verified by Experts

We know,
`v=4/3pir^3`
`((dv)/(dr))=4pir^2`
Also,`s=4pir^2`
`((ds)/(dr))=8pir`
So,`((dv)/(ds))=r/2=1 (cm^3)/ (c m^2)`
At `r=2`
