What is the basis for differentiation of blood groups.

(I ) Human blood contains certain spectific substances called agglutinogens or antignes (Ag ) and Agglutinins or antibodies (Ab ) . Antigens are found on the membrane surfaces of RBC .
(ii ) Antibodies are present in bond plasma .
(iii ) Based on the pressure of absence of antigen and antibodies human blood group is classified into four groups called A,B,AB and O .
