(I ) In 'O' blood group , no antigen A or B is found on the dsurface of RBC .
(ii ) Hence If 'O' group blood is donated to any individual his blood cells will not produce any antibody due to absence of antigen in 'O' group RBC .
(iii ) hence people with 'O' blood group are called "Universal Donors".
