Suggest a way to determine `wedge_(m^(@))` value of water.

By using Kohlrausch's law `^^_(m)^(@)` for `H_(2)O` can be
calculated, we can write
`^^_(m)^(@)=^^_(m)^(@)(HCl)+^^_(m)^(@)(NaOH)-^^_(m)^(@)(NaCl)`
Being strong electrolytes `^^_(m)^(@)` values of `HCl`
`NaOH` and `NaCl` are known. By substituting their values, we can obtain `^^_(m)^(@)` for `H_(2)O`.
