Let us assume that tension in left and right string is `T_(A) and T_(B)` respectively. Then
Rod is in equilibrium then `vec(F)_("net") = 0 `
`mg = T_(A) + T_(B) " ". . . (1)`
From `tau_("net") = 0 ` about A
`"mg" (l)/(2)-(3l)/(4) T_(B) = 0 `
`rArr T_(B) = (2mg)/(3)`
from eq. (1)`T_(A) + (2mg)/(3) = mg`
`rArr T_(A) = (mg)/(3)`
