1. find the account to be debited within the ledger as entered within the journal.

2. Enter date of group action into date column of method of accounting.

3. Mention the account from that it's debited in journal, is written within the particulars column.

4. Enter the pagination of the journal within the J.F. column. The corresponding pagination of the ledger account is written within the L.F. column of the journal.

5. Enter quantity within the quantity column within the method of accounting.

6. For accounting system follow an equivalent procedure for crediting the entry.
