`pH=1/2pK_a-1/2logc=--1/2log_(10)K_a-1/2logC`
`=-1/2log(0.1)=2.37`
If pH is doubled, then pH`=2xx2.37=4.74`
`:.pH=-1/2log(1.78xx10^(-4))-1/2logc`
or , `4.74=1.87-1/logc` or `c=1.82xx10^(-6)(M)`
We know `V_1S_1=V_2S_2`
or `1xx0.1=V_2xx1.82xx10^(-6)" ":.V_2=5.5xx10^(4)L`
`:.` Water to be added`=(5.5xx10^4-1)L~~5.5xx10^(4)L`
