What happens when (1) `H_(2)SO_(4)` is kept in an open vessel and (2) `H_(2)SO_(4)` is kept in a closed vessel ?

(1) Concentrated `H_(2)SO_(4)` is hygroscopic in natuer. So, when it is kept in an open vessel, it absorbs mositure form air , and its concentration decrease.
(2) Change of concentration does not take place when `H_(2)SO_(4)` is kept in a closed vessel.
