Write the order of thermal stability of the hydrides of group-16 elements.

As we move down the group, with increase in atomic size of the group-16 elements, the E-H bond dissociation energy decreases. Hence, the E-H bond breaks more easily. Thus the thermal stability of hydrides of group-16 elements decreases from top to bottom in the order:
