What can be inferred from the magnetic moment values of the following complex species ?

Magnetic moments of the complexes formed by the elements of first transition series are given by `mu=sqrt(n(n+2))BM`, where n = no. of unpaired electrons in the metal ion. Now putting n = 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 we have the calculated `mu` values as `sqrt(3)(=1.73), sqrt(8)(=2.83), sqrt(15)(=3.87), sqrt(24)(=4.9)` and `sqrt(35)(=5.92)BM`, respectively. Therefore, we can draw the following conclusions :
1. In `K_(4)[Mn(CN)_(6)]`, the central metal ion `Mn^(2+)` contains only one unpaired electrons in the d - subshell. Thus the distribution of five 3d - electrons in `Mn^(2+)` is as follows, remembering that `CN^(Ө)` is a strong ligand.

2. In `[Fe(H_(2)O)_(6)]^(2+)`, the central metal ion `Fe^(2+)` contains four unpaired electron in the d - subshell. The distribution of six 3d - electrons in `Fe^(2+)` is as follows, remembering that `H_(2)O` is a weak ligand.

3. In `K_(2)[MnCl_(4)]`, the central metal ion `Mn^(2+)` contains five unpaired electrons in the d - subshell. The distribution of five 3d - electrons in `Mn^(2+)` is as follows, remembering that `Cl^(-)` is a weak ligand.
