`ABC = 7,6,9` and `ADC = 15,12,9`
Total area
`= sqrt(11 xx 4 xx 5 xx 2) + (12 xx 9) / 2`
`= 2sqrt(110) + 54`
`= 74.976177`
`=75 cm^2`
