(i) Flux through the hemispherical surface due to `+q = (q)/(2 epsilon_(0))` (we have seen in previous examples)
(ii) Flux through the hemispherical surface due to `+q_(0)` charge = 0, because due to `+q_(0)` charge field lines entering the surface = field lines coming out of the surface.
