`I_("rms") = (I_("max"))/(sqrt2) = (1)/(sqrt2)= 0.7` At
from diagram `omega_1 = 0.8` rad/s
`omega_2 = 1.2` rad/s
`Delta w = 1.2 - 0.8 =0.4` rad/s
