How do you appreciate the mechanism of respiration in our body ?

Explanation

(1) I really appreciate the mechanism of respiration which keeps us alive on this earth.
(2)Respiration is the only process through which we get energy. Without energy we would not perform our day to day functions
(3) Respiration begins from our birth and works until our death. As long as we live our breathe continues
(4)Respiration is responsible for our speech. During exhalation, the vocal cords in the larynx vibrate to produce sounds.
(5) Respiration helps us to expel some of the toxic substance out from our body.
(6)Really, breathing seems to be simple , but is the most important survival mechanism in our body .
